Refund Policy

Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Barn, Arena or Subscriptions using the EC Pro system. EC Pro US, as a service provider to Traditional Equitation School, does not issue refunds on behalf of Traditional Equitation School.

Please contact the Barn, Arena or Subscriptions directly. Traditional Equitation School is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
